This collection was inspired by Martin’s definition of the “grey character.” He states, “We all have good and evil in us [...] A villain is a hero of the other side and I think there’s a great deal of truth to that, and that’s the interesting thing.”
People are not black and white. We are all made up of many layers, consisting of various shades of grey. The Krystalrae lady embodies this same paradox.
